The visit continues with an in-depth explanation of the production process and a guided walk through the cheese aging warehouse, where hundreds of wheels rest and mature in silence.

The experience concludes with a guided tasting at La Bottega Ciaolatte. You’ll sample a vertical selection of Parmigiano Reggiano at different stages of aging, paired with fresh ricotta topped with an herb-based country sauce, creamy Parmigiano mousse, and organic butter served with seasonal jam. Everything is accompanied by freshly baked goods from the in-house bakery and mineral water.
A glass of local wine can be added on request, and when available, you’ll also enjoy a taste of house-made gelato crafted from the day's fresh milk.
