Afternoon: Gelato Making Class
Your culinary adventure begins as you meet your professional chef in Verona. After a warm welcome, you will take your place in the cozy kitchen and follow the instructions of the professional chef to learn how to prepare fantastic gelato.
Throughout the class, your skilled chef will cook alongside you, teaching and guiding you step by step to complete the recipe together. You will receive tips and suggestions on basic Gelato and Semifreddo techniques to enhance the natural flavors of the ingredients. You will prepare fruits, spices, and other fresh seasonal ingredients, and learn specific techniques such as churning or pasteurizing eggs -  which can also be used for other recipes you might want to make.
As you combine the ingredients, you will create a true work of art: your artisanal gelato will be ready to put in the freezer. When the gelato and semifreddo are ready, you will enjoy the sweets you have made with the rest of the group.

At the end of the activity, you will also receive the recipes, so you can create gelato and semifreddo whenever you want, in your kitchen, for your family and friends.
