Learn how to roll and shape your pasta both by hand, with the classic wooden rolling pin, and using a modern pasta machine. Together, we’ll craft three iconic shapes: long strands like Tagliatelle, delicate filled Ravioli, and hand-rolled short pasta like Trofie. Each pasta will be paired with a delicious regional sauce that you’ll cook from scratch.
As a sweet finale, you’ll prepare the beloved Italian dessert Tiramisù, layering creamy mascarpone with coffee-soaked savoiardi and cocoa.
